Returning an item:  We wants you to be happy with our products. If  you're not fully pleased with your item(s), simply let us know by following this procedure, and we'll refund your purchase.

1.  Call one of our representatives at 1-800-282-8332 within 30 days of your purchase.

2.  We will ask you for your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address (if available), invoice or item numbers. or item numbers, and problem or reason for the return.

3.  We must receive the returned item(s) within 30 days.  (For your protection, please send your return to us using a carrier such as Airborne, FedEx, or UPS who will "track" and "insure"  your package until it is delivered to us.

4.  To receive a full refund, the returned item(s) must be in like-new condition, with all packaging materials included, must be clearly identified on the shipping label.  (Please note:  We will not be responsible for return shipping charges.)  Please send the package to:

   Reciving a refund:  We issue soon after our warehouse receives a reutrn and processes it.  If your original payment was a credit card, we will credit your account.  (However, as the time it take for some credit card companies to process a credit will vary, please allow one to two billing cycles for this refund to appear on your credit card statement.) you can confirm a refund by contacting (Customer Service department at 1-800-282-8332.
